Dr. Barach, Two years ago I came to you to have some cosmetic surgery done on my face. I had a mole on the bridge of my nose that was removed by another doctor several years prior and I was very unhappy about the results. I came to you by high recommendations from a friend.

Well it's been over two years now, and this letter has been haunting me. You removed three moles from my face. I am thrilled with the results and I don't regret one minute making the decision to do it.

The reason for the letter is because, well I'm a teacher and every day I make a difference in a child's life, at least I like to think so. You made a difference in my life. I grew up thinking I was very ugly and had low-self esteem. I was picked on and I felt that I had too many flaws. My appearance made me feel this way.

Since the surgery, I am so much more confident, I think I am very pretty and I love looking at myself. Every day I can't believe that I look this way.

Some might think it's vain but after feeling the way I did for twenty some years, I don't think it's vain at all.

Dr. Barach, you made a huge difference in my life and I wanted to thank you again. I needed to make sure you were aware of what you did for me.
